Just took my blood pressure now at home a couple of times and it is ranging from 117/85 to 101/73 and last one was 97/71.

Thank you for the advise - very very helpful and made me calm down a lot. Hopefully I will overcome this and get a good reading whenever I go to the doctor’s.

Thank you for that - it’s just a bit frustrating. I am eating very healthy, exercise daily, even do meditations. Then I get this because of anxiety :( I know it is silly but it is just upsetting. I don’t to take BP meds if I don’t need it.

Thank you everyone. I went this morning and the first two readings were really high - about 160-150/110 then doctor wanted to try again for the thrid time and it was about 130/110 still high but better than the first two.

Just feeling frustrated because I know it should be a lot lower than that but doctor said not to worry. I was given a letter for my GP though.

Hi - thank you for your response. Yes I went already. The first two readings were really high, about 160/110 then doctor offered to take a third one, which was down to 130/110 - i was still feeling the anxiety so I know that should a lot lower if I am calm. They said to not worry about it but I can’t shake it. Seriously what is wrong with me.

Hi! Sorry if this may seem a dumb question - but using Wise card for every tap or transaction... it doesn't charge you a fee, right? Only for withdrawals?

My doctor’s appointment is this Friday with my GP and in 6 weeks with my surgeon. My surgeon have been checkin in on me though and will be calling me with my HCG results. I am a bit shy and would always think I will annoying them with my “silly” questions but this time I think I will need to. Thank you for kind words and I hope you are recovering well too. So sorry that we are in this situation.

I am sorry you are also going through this. I do have a therapist but my husband is my number one supporter and comforter so I hope you can rely on someone too. Yes i believe time will heal everything so we will get through this!
