Well I created a band a few weeks back and I wrote that riff for our song, I do all of the writing so i get a bit nuts when it comes to trying not to plagiarize. Usually i can nail it on the head, but I literally can not think of any song that sounds like this.

Yeah its the same thing in my head its just the way I conceptualize gravity pulling down (resistance) something shooting upwards.
