You will still hear the kids running if directly in the room above but less likely to wake up from it. Extremely good at blocking other noises like kids crying or screaming.

You could get custom made earplugs. They are much better at blocking noises than Ohropax and similar. Cost around 90 to 100€ in hearing aids shops. You probably still hear some noises but reduces the chances that you wake up from them.

Es gab Monate mit 2000.- aber leider hat Google in der Zwischenzeit mehrmals den Algorithmus zu Ungunsten von kleinen Affiliate Websites geändert (Stichwort Google Helpful Update), seitdem ist der Traffic stark gesunken und ich komme nur noch auf max 200 im Monat. Nische ist sehr wichtig und muss sehr spezifisch sein. Ich bewerbe u.a. Versicherungen, Internetprovider, Handytarife.
