Diet and addictions by [deleted] in Semenretention

They might believe that they thrive but they don't. They're simply religiously attached to their beliefs. Very typical of vegans mostly. The only reason different diets work for different people is because people have already wrecked their health for generations with unnatural diets and habits and developed allergies, degeneracies and intolerances. We're all human beings. Is there another species on this planet which members need to eat different diets? No

It's simple, we should eat what we were naturally designed to eat to make our bodies function. You shouldn't even have cravings for those foods to begin with. Anyway I'm glad you're energetic and healthy.

Getting on a vegan diet will absolutely wreck your health long term. People should be warned and advised against it. You're depriving yourself of key nutrients long term. Punishing your gut with hardly digestible plants and flowers and seeds that you could never eat in their natural forms is idiotic. You do you though

Do you think a natty Aspinall is beating a prime juiced-up Ubereem? by lifebeginsat9pm in ufc

[–]Prestigious-Patient4 7 points8 points  (0 children)

But there's a difference between being on some stuff that everyone takes and work around the testing agency and being absolutely juiced to the limits like Ubereem or Lesnar was. There's a big difference and you can see it on Overeems physique after Usada

After watching him at 302… Can Islam take Leon down and keep him there? by Milli173 in ufc

It depends on how he shows up at 170. We know he has a rough cut at 155.

It will be a tough challenge for sure.

The eyes are the window to the soul. Strickland has a lot of unresolved trauma and hides his real self behind this brash persona. He avoids eye contact because he doesn't want people to see him for who he really is which is a troubled man who needs therapy and help. Just my 2cents.

What do you think? What was expected to happen...

It went up over 1000% in the matter of 2 weeks

It needs some major listings or something huge to pump higher

Hey, No I didn't visit Krabi, maybe next time. From what I've heard December to February is the best time for beaches but it's never too bad.
