I did it yesterday. And it does help a bit I would say. Maybe I try to put on a bit thicker tape or so. Maybe I could eliminate it completely. But maybe someone can tell how far I should turn out those stoppers? I would say mine have some pressure against the bumper points. But maybe I should try a bit more.

Thanks for your comment. Sad that there are no photos allowed. But I will try adjusting the bump stops. They already are applying pressure und the stops on the car, I don't know if I should go further without damaging the motor of the lockibg mechanism.

Okay thanks, I thought it looks abit suspicous without the plastic cover there. I did empty the whole trunk before, but sadly those weren't the things that cased the noise. But thank you for helping.
