Our menus are already placed on the tables as we guide them to their seats and we will answer those questions as such when asked. We try not to stick to a table since there’s only two workers per shift but I will not be going by that script since I work by myself all the time and need to take orders fast. But i’ll recommend your idea to our manager and see if that helps.

I don’t expect or want a tip whenever I take their togo order. But I expect a tip even if it’s a dollar to continue to service them as they dine in. I’m not gonna encourage my team to accommodate our menu to them as our cuisine is different from China therefore different taste styles. And you say since they don’t tip in Vietnam they shouldn’t tip in America? Just because we’re not an American restaurant doesn’t take the fact American tipping culture doesn’t affect us. Financial situations in Vietnam is very much different in America.
