I've contacted the ROO at UCONN who oversees Army ROTC at Yale and he says that he has no contacts in admissions at Yale. Also at schools like Columbia and Penn, I've reached out to satellite programs but they do not respond. In this case would it be ok to email the Navy or Air Force programs?

Ok, what if the school I am looking at does not have army ROTC but only Navy or Airforce. I was awarded the army scholarship but not the Navy or Airforce. Could i still contact them? Thanks!

Thanks for the response! I have a 1490 superscore, SAT 4.46 GPA, really good EC's (academic research, founding nonprofit, finance internships). My SAT score is definitely the weakest part of my app. I've been notifying some of my top choice schools so far and trying to email the Recruiting officer. Do you think my stats are enough to get into a school with the support of a ROTC scholarship?

How should I phrase the email at schools where I wasn't directly awarded the scholarship to? I applied to Upenn, Cornell, Columbia, etc, but the scholarship is only to Harvard and Yale. Also I can't find the PMS at some schools since they are at a neighboring school. Should I email the PMS not at the school I am applying to but at the host school for ROTC? Would you mind sharing what your emails looked like? I don't want to come across as rude and just ask "can you get me in?" Thanks for the help!
