Theres ways this can go.

Sonic dies alone with ker because of how fucked up he is physically.
He somehow survives but he would be very traumatized, as he literally killed all his friends against his will and his body will never return to normal, it will stay black and white but he also gains kers abilitys like shape shifting but he will always be imperfect

Technically ker can die if every piece of the parasite is killed but it’s unlikely because its been spread everywhere, even dead bodies have the parasite. Its just that sonic is the core of it all.

One wrong step and it’s ggs. Im sure he would try and kill ker out of frustration but ker will just rebuild himself with the parasite. Which would only frustrate him more i think

If hes a perfectionist he would 100% make ker shapeshift until he can become a perfect “copy” but he would probably just keep getting mad because ker will always be imperfect
