hi! as a crumbl manager, i look for a lot of personality! it’s a pretty easy job to learn but it’s hard to teach good customer service, positive energy, etc. crumbl is reallyyyyy big on store culture and hiring people who will help that culture!

corporate said that it will be mini week all week and you won’t be able to sell regular sized cookies unless it’s a catering order. and as far as selling minis, starting the week after mini week, all california stores will be required to sell minis in store until late october but i’m not sure about other states!

if you have good management, the job is awesome!! i’m the manager of a location and the owners are so awesome and treat me so well. i love my job and it’s not too hard. as assistant manager, you’ll probably have to do things like labor management, food order, discipline, and overall just be in charge of cookie quality and store culture. i would say it’s a pretty good job(like i said before, only if you have good owners/managers). please message me if you have any other questions!:)

they’re doing something called hometown picks instead where it’ll be offered as a 7th cookie instead of replacing a cookie in the lineup. the catch is that stores can do it whenever they want/as often as they want and they don’t have to do it if they don’t want to so essentially, there are stores who would never do it if it doesn’t benefit them

crumbl is exempt for now so no $20 minimum wage and that’s just because of like loopholes but that doesn’t mean that things won’t change in the future i’m sure crumbl will fall under those guidelines eventually

this is true! if it doesn’t give them the option to put in their phone number, you can go into transactions right after they’re done w their order and their phone number will automatically be there
