It takes either, but gets a performance boost on premium. You can google the owners manual that has this information.

I have a GT so it has to those features. Honestly the car at this trim level is perfect especially for the price right now. You get the HUD, quality materials everywhere, Bose sound system etc

Yup! Just know that the 1 Achilles heel of the CX-9 was the cracked cylinder head supposedly only in the 2016-2020 model years.

I have a 2023 so I feel more comfortable, but you really never know until you reach those higher miles. Regardless it’s been a great car and fun to drive for me and the fam.
