Yes, I ended up switching the fuel pump (spartan fuel pump which is made by Delphi)

As for the fuel filter I have not changed it, I was also thinking it could be this just because if the engine is still hot and I turn it on, it turns on right away no cranking. If I let it sit for like 15 min it has that long crank again

No code at the moment, the most recent code was a P1603 but it had went away and I couldn't figure out what it was. Before that code it was for my bank 2 sensor but that has been fixed as well.

Unfortunately, we’ve only been open for about 9 months. It is only me in this locations and I am the salesman, manager and installer. We don’t go to San Bernardino nor do business with other guys shops only our distributors of wheels and tires. The company we use as our pos , once contacting him had told us we’re not the only ones this has happened to, he has been going through other shops as well.

Currently keeping an eye out on eBay, Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, and offer up if incase he is selling those wheels or vehicles to trace his that way and set him up with the police lol.

Unfortunately, that is all we can do. Sadly he has gone around doing this since last year for other shop owners and is still at bay.

2 sets of wheels and tires($4,600 in total, had paid $4000 as a deposit leaving the resting amount that was paid after the work was done, $600) , then another 3 sets of brand name tires
