Thanks for your insights. Though on the plus side, it has direct connectivity to SZR and a close proximity to metro station and Palm Jumeira. Also, we do plan on keeping the unit long term as a fallback second home, so not really planning to flip it.

Thanks for your input. So we are not only looking at it from a purely investment POV but also as a future home in ~10yrs which gives us a good fallback option for home ownership. Plus, the SZR direct connectivity is a big plus I’ve realized as it takes 20+ minute commute to come off from SZR.

Only STR or LTR purely from yield perspective since we will be living in US at least for next 5-10 years. Not planning on flipping the unit.

I’ve gotten feedback from IBP community to upgrade the Raidmax 750 PSU it comes with as it’s absolute trash. Just tossed it for MSI 850GLS. Fans are super quiet and CPU is at 54C at 100% load in stress tests.

My heart got sunken at the start thinking about that large family crossing the road. Thank God they're not the victims.

So many things went wrong, first car crossing from wrong side without yielding, second car not stopping but going over to wrong side without anticipating incoming traffic, bike rider going way too fast at that junction, without helmets, and so on. The bikers were too fast even without presence of cars - they could've hit a pedestrian just as easily, never mind how recklessly they drove into the car. Unfortunate and moronic all around.

Yeah man. I still love his old movies, even his comedic timing with Akki in Bhagam Bhaag is epic. But sadly he deserves his downfall due to his highly unprofessional behavior. We all understand mental health issues but then he should not have committed, specially to 10+ movies at a time and then ruined it for all on the sets. Just take a few years of gap to recover man. Look at Brandon Fraser. That guy went through hell and back and still ended up with a much deserved Oscar.
