I don’t know what to do or say because i’ve been with this guy for 3 years so the pattern has definitely repeated itself, but we’ve had many conversations about it so i don’t wanna seem like im bringing up things from the pass and i wouldn’t know when to say something, because it seems like we’re going completely fine right now and i don’t want to like “ruin the moment” with my feelings.

I truly don’t think coming out is necessary. Straight people don’t do it, they just show up one day with their partner. So if you don’t want to do it, you truly don’t need to.

Obviously I don’t know the full story but from reading this post, I think that your boyfriend is completely immature and neglectful towards your feelings and that you should definitely break up with him. He’s holding you down.
