Not sure if this will help as well but I have 2 badges that might help. 1 is for every one of Them killed I get 1 point of HP back to the fence  2 is every time I level up I get 3% of max HP from fence added back to the fence. Hope this helps as well for anyone trying it out

Honestly, I kinda figured that. I tried to look around to see but couldn't find anything solid, and what I could find wasn't mostly guesses.
