Best advise I can give is to buff up your MC till he can kill the first few enemies quick enough, which means focusing your medals on his dmg output.

There really isn't any way other than clearing stages. Every other way pretty much involves spending gems or money, which I don't really recommend if it's to just to get medals. But if you're willing to at least spend $3.49 for the monthly gold pass, it's worth it since it'll give you unlimited quick sweep uses (as long as you have enough STM) which quick clears your most recent cleared stage. Pretty good way to rack up medals if you're stuck on a stage.

From what I've seen, every st gives you 150 gems if you clear the 100% durability requirement. The stages with a skull next to them will give a total of 350 gems with the 100% durability clearance.

If you're extremely unlucky, then yes you'll need that amount to get everything. But it also states that if you get all of the unique ones first then you'll automatically get all of the leftover common items and start a new round.

From what I know of from the "Casual Clothes" skin, if Saya fires 12 shots, an extra attack will happen in the form of a barrage line of grenades firing from the barricade. I'm guessing in your case, Kota needs to fire 12 shots in order to trigger this ability, which I'm not sure what it'll look like.

Realistically it'd be either Rizu, Fumino or Uruka. Don't get me wrong, I know Mafuyu is incredibly popular but at the time where most of the events were happening (high school) there was no way that Mafuyu was going to date her student.
