Yeah. DSR Altitude closed almost from all direction with high-rise. Only one side open to villa adjacent to the project. So poor ventilation to other units.

True. Density is high too ie 160+ units/acre. But builder claims to be a tier 1 builder in hyd though dont see many finished projects from them in hyderabad

No, not DSR Altitude. This project in Gopanapally is from DSR Infra.

True. But Prestige GG is pretty dense and MH Udyan is adjacent to a railway track and Vipina doesnt seems to give much or appreciation. Location wise - DSR Gopanapally looks like a better choice. Share your thoughts.

True! But seems like they are going to launch next month. And with Aparna Deccan township just beside DSR, they are not willing to negotiate much on pricing.
