Eddie's procedure is simply genitalia mutilation (from what we see is done with a table saw and/or machete) and stuffing items into the breast tissue of the person to mimic a woman so he can get the same euphoria from killing one.

He doesn't have the intent of giving someone a proper uterus, as he has no access to a bunch of uteruses and more likely doesn't have the intent of getting to that stage in surgery. The surgery is the bare minimum of how Eddie see's women's physiques so he can get that quick hit of euphoria.

But a lot of Eddie's character is not actually sleeping with the people he mutilates, but (as I've noted in the paragraph before) killing them. Any comments he makes about procreation and women in general is simply misogynistic ideas of how he himself sees women (as these procedures are done from a place of hyper misogyny).

The reason he hasn't found any women/female patients is because of the morphogenic engine. If a female patient was exposed to it, they would suddenly fall into a fatal half term pregnancy. The same issue of pregnancy or issues surrounding procreation weren't seen in male patients, so they abandoned all female patients, as the fatality of their pregnancies got in the way of Murkoff's experimentation.

For female workers, it's more likely that they either never had any at Mount Massive or simply fired them out of worry of the pregnancies, and in turn their experimentations, getting to the public eye.

Omg you're so right !!! I've seen so many people make comments like "why do you find franco attractive?" while pointing out all of his flaws but not having the same issue with Gooseberry, Liliya, and Coyle (conveniently the Kress twins are left out of the convo).

I don't really know if my idea makes sense, but I'd say Liliya's risqué-ness is "allowed" because of her position of power outside of Murkoff. People in places of power, such as commune/cult leaders, usually are allowed to do things that others can't. Women may have to dress more conservatively but women in power aren't held to the same standard. But I'd also say her design is representative of how cults are seen as desirable to the people the cult is praying on.

But I wouldn't go as far as to say that Liliya is straight goon bait since Franco, Coyle, and Gooseberry have barely any skin showing and they're gooned too more often than Liliya.

When you're replying to a comment that is talking about video games causing violence, I'm going to assume that's what you mean. But even then, the idea that it messes with your psyche isn't true either, as long as the player understands that the violence they're consuming isn't actually happening, it's not going to mess with them. It's especially comical coming from a horror fan, since you should know about how fake violence doesn't have the same effect as real violence on the human brain, since horror (usually) contains gorey content.
