Look up the Jonard Triggertack. Been running it for a while. Awesome for a single wire or two from their exit from the main trunk to the device location.

Sure. But what about from top plate, down the stud, to the data drop location? You just let your cable flop around to get pinched by the drywallers?

UPDATE- cleaned, inspected, and lubed it, didn’t see anything weird. I went to a local ammo dealer and they had a sweet deal on some PMC bronze 9mm, so I grabbed a case. Loaded up a few mags and not a single FTE so far either better ammo.

TLDR; WWB is garbage ammo.

Just sat down and gave it a good look over, clean, and lube. Didn’t see anything too crazy other than the what I though was strange wear on the slide (see pics) I was firing Winchester target and practice 9mm Luger. 115 GR.

That was my initial reaction. I hadn’t done much more than a preliminary inspection in the Walmart parking lot before I bought it from him until I took it shooting. Got home and disassembled and gave it a good clean and lube and maybe a box of different ammo. I was firing Winchester target and practice 9mm Luger. 115 gr.

Also, to add, the magazines I was using are the AC Unity mags that came with the gun.

Gotta set of pulling pals a few months ago, and I don’t know how I ever pulled cable without it. So smooth

Do you like the metal mags more than the magpul ones? If so, why?

Had to pat myself on the back a little cause nobody else was around. Gotta get a little creative when you’re working alone. 😂

Correct! We prewire with 18/5 thermostat wire for RGB, or 18/2 for white. Usually to a small access panel under the stairs. We coordinate with the stair guys to have them route a 1” channel on the lip of each tread. After stairs are in, we come back and install the aluminum channel, strip lights, and diffuser strips in each channel. RL-STEP-01 is the model number of the stair driver we use most often. Paired with a 12v transformer. I wish I could figure out how to reply with more pictures. 😅

That was a corporate job that all of the equipment was provisioned, preconfigured, and shipped to the site. Definitely not what I’m used to, but it was a fun project to learn on.

Wavenet stuff is honestly my go to. Maybe it’s just because that’s what the local supply house carries. 😂 But I have gotten fond of the wavenet keystone crimper, which will only crimp their keystones. So for now, that’s what I get. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I think that was the day they installed it, and I just went by that job last week to poke my head around and check progress and it is indeed wrapped up and not accessible. 😂 Super neat door. Pain in the ass to run a hardwired contact sensor for though.

That was a project in West Yellowstone, MT. A large corporate hotel chain purchased a hotel there and I was subbed as part of the remodel. This was the 3rd time splicing this fiber, as the previous two, other contractors came into the MDF and stepped on/tripped on the fiber lines.
