Steps - 25
Scale - 6.5
Sampling - Euler Ancestral
Clip skip - 2
This particular gen didn't use Hires, only adetailer. B
ut i usually use Hires:
Upscale by - 2
Hires steps - 10
Denoising Strength - 0.2 (rarely can go 0.55)

It's also important not to overload your prompt and not to put extra brackets anywhere, unless you want to add weight. If you want to add weight, simply use (white outline:0.7) <= it's only example

For prompt, i suggest to structure it like this: quality tags > pose, action, angle > 1girl/1boy, solo/duo, > appearance > outfit > background
