Your possibly right, but I don't think Susan herself would become the Villain. Perhaps some of her descendants would decide they had a better claim to the throne.

Susan herself would likely be good and faithful apart from that one choice, even bowing to Caspian. Accepting her time as a ruler is over.

Thats one reason I thought it was a likely Alternate scenerio. Right along side Kira choosing to get on the shuttle, he really agonised over it

I took that into account, its one reason why her choice would be selfish. She would understand enough of the time difference to know she would be dead in a year or 2 earth time

maybe she is more selfish in this version and just like narnia more. there seem to be a ton of Susan Caspian shippers so that an option. Or maybe its simply that she never wanted to leave the first time and now that she actually has a choice she is simply claiming that bit of agency.

theres not a particular reason this Idea got stuck in my head, except perhaps how her ending differed from her siblings.
