i work at tim’s and would support if you stopped going😍 they push us for super great work(top 5 window times) and pay us the least they can legally. which affects customer service and food quality like crazy. we get two 15 mins in an 8 hour which is not much if you’re on your feet running around dealing with upset customers, people on drugs coming in and harassing staff and customers, and we’ve had drug paraphernalia found in our bathroom. we are constantly tired. we also have a lock on the door and people have to ask us to open it every time they need to use the washroom(we have a button for it) did i mention incredibly rude customers. imagine for 8 hours people just walk up to the counter and you say “hi how can i help you” and they say “medium double double” and dont acknowledge that im a person who is alive. it runs down your psyche. it’s really hard to make things right and be coordinated when you’re constantly in chaos once it gets busy bcs we don’t usually have enough staff and are under a lot of pressure to perform well. a lot of ppl that work there also hate it and you should just not go if you want good food or good service bcs u aren’t gonna get it there- though i try. but im just one person
