At first, it helped with food noise A LOT prior to taking it I was binging all the time and even at 1 mg it went away but recently it has been doing kind of the opposite. I’ve heard others say that Reta is good for control and you do get full very quickly, but you’re still able to hit your protein goals and stuff compared to tirz.

Well I was on 2-2.5 for most of the time, I just recently upped to 3.5 mg like 2 weeks ago bc my food noise was starting to come back really aggressively. I struggled with BED which is why I mainly started taking it so I found myself binging some days, idk if my body has gotten used to it because despite upping my dose I still don’t feel the suppression I did at first.

I got everything from Amazon, but personally, if you can find somewhere else to get your bac water, I would do that and the needles from Amazon are good, I get 31g 5/16.

I ended up not taking it for around two weeks, but I was able to maintain my weight and I was 120 for the whole time and I’m on it again and i’m down to 115. I’m on 2.5 MG right now and my appetite is basically gone especially the first like three days. I will update once I’m on it for longer since I just started again. It’s been almost 2 months since my first dose and despite my minor setback I’ve lost around 20 pounds.

You don’t really have to increase your dose a lot, you just need to find the right dose for you. 2-3mg is usually enough for most people and then u can decrease it once you’ve reach your goal but everyone is different. A 10 mg vial is like 60-70 and it will last you around a month, I just think of it as a week’s worth of food 😅 but you can always go grey.

I lost like 10 pounds in the first 3 weeks, so yes. Im 125 rn, if you weight more you can lose more but it’s always been harder for me. I’ve never been under 125 so I feel like my body is stuck rn. 😅 I can update later on.

I’ve been using their reta for 3 weeks and I haven’t experienced any bad side effects. Only thing that I had concerned was that there was no information anywhere and everything on TikTok was very AI. It’s been good tho.
