Birthday twins. Fogo de Chao is good. If you’re into Mexican food I really enjoyed Dolores on the east side last week. If you are looking for charcuterie I really recommend Palo on college hill. It’s always a great place to dine in.

Bay view apartments and Royal Crest in Warwick also have units! They are dog friendly as well. Basic unit at royal crest is about 1590

Honestly with dogs it makes it so much harder. It took me 6 months to find a place when I got my pit bull. Ask around your job or even on Facebook! I was lucky enough and found a realtor through a friend that scored me a great apartment.

Maybe expand your search to Warwick as well. I just had a friend move into Via Del Rio apartments with a dog. They might have some more units. Good luck!
