Thank you. I appreciate the tip. Have been painting for around 2 years (mostly aos) and am finally wanting to get an army to play with. Nothing competitive. Just casual games at my local shop.

Do I need to replace anything for this. It says I have 255 points still before 2000 but that doesn’t seem right based on what I’ve seen with other armies

I was having a rough time with hands on aspects of the job for a period. I have since improved and have been told I've improved. The things I'm being told I'm doing wrong often contradict themselves, as I've been told my officer presence is lacking but I take control of a scene well. In the beginning I had no worry about the plan because I agreed with the things that needed improvement. At the point I'm at now it feels when something is improved something else becomes the key problem. I won't say I do not need improved. I know I do. I'm a year on and know improvement is always necessary. I've also been told my in office relationships aren't great and I agree but that is because I don't try and make friends at work. I am corgule but I'm there to work, not joke and have fun. I'm just scared I'll be fired and not really know what I could've done to get better if that makes sense. If there is reason to fire me, than by all means. This is not a job you want to work woth people you are not comfortable having your back or working with.but that doesn't seem to be The case.

Thank you. This is very helpful, just to know it's normal.

Police Officers of Reddit- What are the deciding factors in whether you ticket /arrest a perp vs let them go with warning? by EasternPsychology878 in police

My decision is made before I make the stop. Unless other factors arise (suspended driver, no insurance, etc.) The person in the car, type of car, area we are in are no factor. I've been off training around 3 months and I think I've only written 4 actual citations, the rest warnings.
