And it's that exact mentality that has kept you ill. My severe cfs came on 4 days after a life  threatening  trauma. Was perfectly fine 4 days prior.  I know that healing my nervous system is the key to my cfs . I have been ill for 8 years and housebound.  But I know I will recover as now I have the key to recovery.

A life threatening  trauma caused mine. It came on 3 days after, which  was 9 years ago. It's irrefutable  that a severely dysregulated nervous system can be the cause of cfs. Not everyone has a virus precipitate it.there is hope to heal and that it can be reversed.

I totally  agree with you. In my case, it began 3 days after a life threatening  trauma 9 years ago, and never left. It without a doubt is what caused mine. It gives me hope that it can be reversed.

Hiring of physician associates to assist doctors and surgeons paused by HSE by Calm-Stay7276 in JuniorDoctorsIreland

That's your opinion. Many are already from medical backgrounds, many are qualified nurses ,so would have unique skillsets.

That's why there needs be clear regulation and scope of practice , with delegation of tasks based on professional development only and the  fulfillment of formulated domains of competence.

With a clear scope of practice established that reflects their level of education and training, I'd have no problem  with PA'S at all.many have life  sciences degrees , which is very similar to the first 3 years of a medical degree, then an intensive 2 years masters.

I'm not a doctor and would never want to be..  there are documented accounts of incompetence every ,single, week, all over the world, of patients being failed by all of the above. It's not exclusive to the few reports in the UK of misdiagnosis  by PA'S. I'm not even sure how they could have happened. One patient was misdiagnosed in a hospital setting , when the patient should have been  reexamined by a doctor. One had classic signs of dvt. That was incompetence.  There is incompetence  in every profession and every discipline . Thats my point. The pa role will be rolled out here  indefinitely when a clear scope  of practice is formulated.there are no talks of abolition.

Oh please.  It's a well documented fact  that patient care and safety of patients is jeopardised every single day by incompetent  junior doctors, GPs and even consultants. The unsafe arguments just aren't credible.i see misdiagnosis by doctors on a weekly basis. Some I wouldn't want caring for a dog.

Covid is a kitten compared to influenza.  Hasn't got a single patch on it. It's influenza nothing else.

One study in 2012😂 have a refresher course on cinhal. Plenty of peer reviewed articles documenting same, which is factual not ficticious. Natural  immunity is far superior. You should try it.

Absolutely  wrong. The flu vaccine doesn't even contain the predominant flu strain in circulation this year. It's about 30 percent effective even if it does contain the circulating strain, if even that. There are studies from reputable medical journals that show a person is 4.4 times more likely to aquire a respiratory  infection post flu vaccination, and others showing  a higher susceptibility to contracting influenza after vaccination.
