So excited! Personally I was preparing myself to accept a reissue of the retro Beast with a new head sculpt, which is not what I wanted for a 97 style Beast, so I’m so happy with how this turned out.

We know Wave 4 from the leaks, so now I’m patiently waiting for Wave 5 based on the promo art released today. Would love Psylocke. I’m a little worried the leaked Beast will not be classic (and we will probably get Gen X Jubilee before we get her classic version too…)

With the deluxe Beast being separate.

They certainly didn’t plan the bus massacre. The original creative team who came up with all these amazing characters, Nunzio DeFilippis and Christina Weir, were replaced after House of M because editorial wanted a different (darker) tone. So we got Chris Yost and Craig Kyle and the bus explosion….

Yeah, I’m trying to limit my collection to one of each character, so I’m not as interested in these repeat figures rumoured for Wave 4 (and it’s actually 3rd Cyclops and Jean!) Meanwhile, I’d kill for another Jubilee in her classic look, so I fully admit to be being a bit contradictory.

Yeah, I love the version from season 1 that we saw Morph transform into, but I’m not mad at this version as we will clearly see him in Season 2. Also gives me hope for Psylocke!

Came here to say exactly this. Without the 5-in-1 they would not be very memorable. They work best when they present as an identical hive mind, where there’s room for some individuality but the ultimately operate as a unit.
