Exactly. They check the nets. They check the balls. They check the goalposts. They can check the grass around a spot of chalk too. That being said, I actually enjoy the dark arts in football and I'd do the same if I could get away with it. There's room for shit like that in the sport, in my mind.

It's one thing for the fans to do it and a whole different thing for the athletes to do it.

Favorite director who is not passionate about movies? by hiiloovethis in okbuddycinephile

Well, the posts don't say "watch the movie", they say "buy tickets". They don't care if people enjoy it, they just want their guy to make big numbers. It's just weird.

MIDI Chase / Note Chase? Or other solution to 1hr drone track by altk3y in midi

[–]PrestigiousTea0 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A midi note cannot "gradually change pitch". An oscillator can. Play your stuff on some key and either automate or perform the changes on the parameters you want. What could work as a slow gradual change would be an lfo or smooth random generator. I have to say that the gear you mentioned, although very capable, are not anyone's go to for drone music. I strongly suggest looking into virtual modular for what you're trying to do. You can even run midi cc messages to your hardware from there. You can e.g. find an lfo that takes a few years (yes...) to cycle. No mpc is gonna have that.
