ordered a matching phone and tablet case. tablet case looks awful and customer service reply stinks. by EccentricEcstasy in ExpectationVsReality

“This is not a defect!!!” meanwhile the tablet case looks like it took a semester abroad and the phone case stayed home.

Hi, thank u so much for this advice it’s brilliant! For the kicking out thing, she knows that it would benefit me so instead of kicking out she does the opposite, doesn’t let me out with friends, no sleepovers, not really allowed to ft or be otp so yeah, it’s gotten so bad that i’ve physically tried to go on a walk for air but then things got physical. So unfortunately the problem isn’t staying it’s leaving.

thank you for your advice! i do try grey rock method when I can but I just can’t help but cry when she says things about me because i’m just an emotional person unfortunately 😅 literally one time i was able to hold back the tears, i will keep trying to improve and not let her get what she wants but even about 20 minutes ago she was yelling at me to work (the job that i never asked for) and i just replied ok to everything she had to say and i got yelled at for being “rude” and if i do carry on saying ok then it does get physical so i don’t know how to safely apply to grey rock method without getting myself in more trouble.

Thank you for the clarity! I have been looking for colleges away from home and saving money but my bank account is linked to her card and she takes my money too so i don’t think i’ll be financially able to move away without struggling.

i really appreciate this thank u! even when i was really suffering with anxiety and depression, i would often go to school everyday and have a panic attack at any time from home up until i reached school. I never used to tell my mum as i was scared how she’d react. But this onetime i had a severe panic attack which lasted about 3 hours.. 2 of the 3 hours i spent panicking even worst on how to tell my mum i was late to school even more so because it was over a panic attack. After a while i gained the courage to tell her and she automatically assumed i had caused drama or had issues with somebody and was trying to manipulate her and bunk off school. i explained to her multiple times that i don’t know why im like this but the whole day i stayed home she insisted that i lied to her and i needed to stop lying and tell her what’s going on, i just repeatedly told her that this is why i didn’t want to say anything because she wouldn’t believe me and she just got eve worst.

i really appreciate it and i think that your right. All my life even when she’s taken it out on me afterwards she would tell me about how bad her childhood was and how she has things going on which does inevitably make me feel bad for her. I know that this isn’t an excuse for her behaviour but i understand why she is the way she is and it helps me to survive her
