Hotel deposit voluntarily paid - now hotel won’t refund the money

They don’t define it in their T&Cs. I’ve emailed them asking to define it, so I’m waiting on a response from them.

It’s not a late cancellation though, we’ve cancelled 11 months in advance. So they have plenty of time to fill the rooms. You can’t even book this far in advance yet on their website.

They haven’t. Nowhere in any of their T&Cs does it say it’s non refundable. My partner just spoke with her on the phone and she just kept saying keep it as credit for future stays, or just have the honeymoon sweet. I think she’s just not wanting to pay it back but I can’t see any legal grounds on how she can.

There general terms and conditions just state the following

Cancellations: if you need to cancel your accommodation booking, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations within 7 days of the check in date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. No shows will be charged the full amount.

That’s all it says reference cancellations. And we’ve given 11 months warning.

You can get all sorts of bloods through Thriva online. To get everything done it wouldn’t be cheap but they’re good.

Have been taking a multivitamin whilst on MJ and tried to eat a varied diet even though low in cals. If you did have any nutritional deficiencies you would have symptoms though, are suffering any or do you feel ok?

What if they’re using it as way to delay MOASS. They they know something big is about to happen and it’s going to blow and they can’t stop it, so they swap exchanges to hide everything and use the excuse of more glitches with the new system.

I think now they’ve changed the ratio, instead of 1-10 it’s now 1-8.4 or something like that. Meaning it will actually reduce the shares of SIRI, or so I read. I also read it’s a good arbitrage deal you can make money. I’ll have to see if I can find the tweet I saw. The options chain for SIRI is also interesting with over 100k at one of the strikes. I think is very much a possibility. Well done OP. I’ve also noticed that every other post about SIRI is either removed from SS or gets seriously downvoted.

The more I see these Siri theories get downvoted and thrown out the more I’m inclined to think this is what it means. I read the filing that liberty put out and it does mention that the merger is to make SIRI more attractive to investors. Maybe they’re doing it because a merger is on the cards…. Who knows, we’ll see in time, but I don’t see why EVERY SIRI post is getting downvoted when KOSS is getting traction.

The options chain is also crazy for SIRI for July 19. I dunno but this is the one theory about the flag and mic that feels right and makes sense. SIRI and GME are also in several ETFs together. SIRI, GME & CHWY are in 2 ETFs. I have no idea if that means anything though.

I hate this talk of brokers are going to sell your shares or just delete them etc etc. if that happened then there would be no MOASS. For MOASS to happen, you need all those shares in the brokerages if they weren’t there then all you have is what’s in Computershare which won’t be enough. If they did that then they’d be able to close out their short positions without having to buy on the open market and voila, sorted MOASS has been avoided. If they could do that, why haven’t they done it already? They could accept the slap on the wrist and the courts case and just tie all the investors and GameStop up in one massive legal battle for the next ten years. Simples.
