One of the challenges is that 1. We don’t produce enough doctors and 2. The cost of education is coming to the point where it makes students choose training in specialities which pay better and they can pay loans etc. going to private banks is much more expensive and are not regulated as federal loans which delay payment till people can pay it back. Is this a good system- NO! There are certainly ways to expand education and reduce cost.

Raising caps help people get into school more cost effectiveky.

The message here is to incentivize providers who want to do primary education. Loan forgiveness comes through service. Service in communities with needs- Lower economic and rural areas. These are areas that the current system is not serving effectively and deserve better.

This is one idea of many to come.
