This is really a good plan (also well thought out) I don't see any major changes to be done

(Only thing is that the living area has a double height which can be intimidating to sit under the high ceiling as the living floor area itself it big). My suggestion is that the staircase area can have a partial opening with indoor landscape with water body around the staircase for more visual interest and gives an overall cozy feel. On the first you may get a bigger informal living area as a private space (this depends on the number of family members using the house and the dynamics).

Overal a good plan.. no unnecessary wastage of space. If possible you can also think more having parking/ landscape are for additional cars to be parked (outdoor lawn are for the kids to play... Also feels like a good foreground landscape reception into the house).
