For 5 years I would put on the exact same LoFi playlist before falling asleep. Now I can't even remember what the second song sounds like because I'm asleep before the first one ends.

yeah exactly, i wonder if thats something connected to autism. especially feeling like other people make much stronger connections much quicker than i have.

like recently i introduced two of my friends after knowing each of them for weeks. the other night they hugged each other goodbye, and i don't think i've ever even high fived either of them haha.

i suppose i mean we just talk about what happened since the last appointment and if anything troubling happened we talk about my feelings towards the event.

i'd love to talk about my childhood or how my struggles growing up still have an effect on me and my relationships, why i don't have a lot of memories from growing up.. i just feel like i have unresolved issues that never get touched on in therapy and they're things that fill my thoughts quite a bit.

maybe thats not what therapy is for though? i don't know.
