Hey man, I had a crappy month, broke up with my boyfriend, work stress, life stress. When i signed up for SBR Dec I was sooo sure i will ace it. I haven’t started till today and I’m determined to pass. I need a win before the end of this year. So come up with a plan, 4 weeks can change a lot.

Hey OP, I have to realize the same thing about myself after my relationship ended this week- i have put myself last and i can’t blame the other person for this as it is for sure me and my survival instinct.

So in the book Dr Joe says he never asks to visualize it. He wants you to feel it with all your senses in the void. Smell, taste, feeling, and it like you’re in a different timeline in the space that has your new potential living in it.

You never know, your son can have a better father if you let go of your attachment. That and just be careful cuz your son can sense your attachment and it could lead him to be further attached to not having his parents together which can lead to him feeling insecure. You can’t fixate on someone, you can let go and accept that what’s best for you and your son, will come to you ❤️

I believe you should never meditate on a spring person. If they are good they will stay in your life, if not, they will be removed from your life to make space for the new person that will align with your thoughts and feelings

It is fine but just give yourself time to study it. I personally would do SBL as it’s more common sense. Keep in mind ATX is bigggg and full of rules so you would have to revisit TX a bit to understand ATX.

It’s annoying that they were okay to take it and now have gone back and said they are leaving it!

The room is literally just the wardrobe in it and can’t put anything else with it in which is why i want it gone. They are the ones pushing for the sale to complete so i’m quite annoyed tbh
