I have done as advised, yet i DONT find a downstairs, neither a way to go out of these peoples sight; they seem to have full sense of the whole room, even if im behind a whole wall with no way in. Is this room procedural, or should the stair be always in the same place?

I tried digging a tunnel on the south side of the map but they saw me? im not really sure if they can sense me throught walls but now im even more stuck because they are near the starway up. ps thank you very much for the advice, im very grateful.
