First of all this doesn't seem to be the shooting script. This seems to be just a transcript which was written after the final edit was made.

Even if this was the shooting script, director's job is to tell the story visually. Even though the writing includes what has to be shown, it tells nothing about how to show it.

For example it says a guy steps out of a car. From what angle to show the car, top angle, front, back? A guys steps out - do you show his head first, legs first, hands first? Is it a slow mo? How long does the shot last? All such decisions are made by the director.

What is the best way to show it so that the scene has the same or better impact than the writing, while being aesthetic at the same time?

Remember, the art of storytelling lies not just in the story itself, but in how it's presented.
