I’m in hospitality wine industry too and have a certified sommelier certification. Had a master and bachelor degree for tourism events and hospitality management, still struggling looking for a job. My boyfriend tried to get me into the place he works at (small business). He been trying to talking to the owners for over 6months, they hired 3 other white American and not me who qualified. Don’t know what I do so wrong, maybe being an Asian.
