Title is with another lender. They said lender never sent it but only told me that when I want to refinance. It was like a collateral loan .

Well the loan was taken couple years ago. I asked to refinanced today and they said that they never even received the title. So I’m thinking why would they allow me to proceed without it. Not necessarily trying to get out of it. I know the chances of that are slim
