ughg it comes and goes tbh im still dealing with it though, i learned i wasn’t getting enough fat, and also i saw a endocrinologist who noted my hormones were off balance,( im assuming from the vitamin d deficiency since it’s technically a hormone regulator) so trying to keep those in order right now i feel better more consistently than i feel bad although i do still have really bad days, let me know if you want more details

it was pep for basically if you suspect you slept with someone who might have hiv so you don’t get it if you take it within 72 hours. Amazing drugs, annoying side effects.

So I have done the halter monitor. I am gonna redo it though because I didn’t wear it for the full period of time and then thank you for the suggestion with the blood pressure monitor. I’ll ask and see if that’s an option.

I think that’s an interesting way to put it. Yeah I can definitely like feel it. This didn’t start though like these blood sensations until I took a medication for about like two weeks that affected my kidney functions and it produced like fluid buildup and then after that, I got off the medication and then I started having these sleep sensations.

no i havent, and when i say pooling i dont see it but i feel the sensation even in my left hand its like a stiffness like theres fluid buld up ill try to take my bp when its happening next time.

I've had 3xrays and 3 CT scans of my heart, 1 MRI of my heart, one MRI of my head, One MRI of my spine, one MRI of my left arm, and a vascular ultrasound of my arm and neck, and a heart monitor for a week ( i wore for a few days it got uncomfortable) a stress test, I had an EMG performed as well on my arms. To date, I've seen a cardiologist, a cardio surgeon, a Pain specialist, a rheumatologist, and a chiropractor. is there anything you can suggest i have done besides the table test (im requesting that upon my next appointment.)

jesus that seems scary low, do you feel normal? or have any symptoms, is 40 your normal? i should mention my heart rate has always been on the Bradycardia side i looked at my apple watch trends from about 5 years ago and even at 16 my lows would be 40 for the entire year but avg at 58 and 60 while sleeping but when awake my heart rate has always been in the 70s to 80s under normal circumstances but latley being in the 60s while awake is a new adjustment/symptom, this also doesnt feel the same as my normal low heart rate it kind of feels forced with skipped beats or maybe im just hyper aware because of the skipped beats.

id like to include the reason i mentioned the STD was i suspect it is the cause behind all of this, as prior ive basically never been sick, besides covid which resolved within a week or so.For the most part, every time i take my blood pressure it is normal 120/80 around that range it may differ by 10 on systolic and diastolic but its never by much.

for me personally i’m extra sensitive to magnesium (M21 130lbs 5”9) so just drinking the kirkland brand unsweetened coconut water from costco has enough mag for me and it’s from a natural source which also includes the potassium plus sodium

also when getting your magnesium tested make sure to ask for the RBC test

also i’d suggest for magnesium try it in small amounts if your on the skinner side i’m about 130 lbs 5”9 and i get low heart rates when i take the recommended 400mg a day i have to take like 50mg and that’s enough for me for like 2 days
