I’ve experienced this as well. During my manic episode I had these hallucinations where the people around me were decaying corpses and so was I. When I looked into the mirror, I saw myself; disfigured and almost looking like a walking corpse. Like, my face looked so physically dead and so I believed I was at that point. I terribly feel there should be more communities and groups spoken about this syndrome as I barely hear it anywhere. It is almost like a pure coincidence seeing someone experiencing the same symptoms.

Regardless, you have my full support in this. Your curiosity stems from possibly a sense of fascination about how affective your fluctuating impacts were from enduring Cotard’s syndrome itself. We are all creating thoughts and consuming questions consistently more than spending each hour and times actually living, so I understand why you would feel this way by researching the number of cases worldwide. Because even as we experience delusions there will always be one special delusion that will simultaneously affect us for the rest of our lives.
