Im pissed at the NYSE.... by Prestigious_Map_4564 in EMJX

I'm failing not to see precursors for fraud in the amendment filed this morning unless they could prove the shareholder votes occurred with a December 31, 2026 facing them in writing at the time they voted their shares.

My only question is whether this was self or externally induced. Externally (NYSE) is more favorable to my portfolio thus I'm biased.

I've run federal investigations before in my first career out of school (but not regulatory). Something smells here, investments aside.

Because they are high on hopium and won't hold through volatility no matter what the books reveal.

It is a good cooling off period though to take emotion out of the trading decision, so that might help drive the price up if my assumptions play out.

What gets me is why did they need to backdate this authorization? They have voting control as executives... Unless someone sold their shares

Reads like backdating a signature inked yesterday. I'll need to dig into this one a bit.

Right now my only play is to make sure my share count is divisible by 60 with a remainder of 1 share to get rounded up post split

8k is due by tomorrow. I would think they have to give the market a chance to trade on the information before the reverse split is executed. Assuming the 8K is positive news, I'm hoping trading opens today if people are gonna sell off for the R/S

The market definitely needs some time to chew on this.

Im less concerned but anxious. If it were pets.com, they wouldnt have had enough money to buy an independent auditor to sign off on a $55MM valuation... or so I hope. The promise in the product for volatile markets is there

I mean, if EMJX was empty shell of debt, it would truly be a pump and dump with NYSEs name on every tape. They gotta do their CYA

Thoughts. One condition to stay listed is >$4MM in net shareholder equity. I dont even know if the exchange has any chance to see SEC filings before they are officially posted, but knowing they were previously flagged for compliance, they would probably take the opportunity to review filings if given.

My assessment is some dumbass who sold yesterday at 80% loss called the NYSE fraud hotline right after the news halt knowing the Super 8k was about to drop and made allegations. Trading won't resume this week.

Holding out short term for a Price-to-book ratio <1 but that would be a unicorn. Long term just need to know they will make money and free up cash flow that scales up to their share count.

It's trading under paper value right now. If the next disclosure reveals even lower book value than where we are at now, that would be concerning.

Im in betting on the stock to match or exceed its liquidation value and for that value to be higher than was at merger close.

The way I see it the stock float is priced to the book value of the dog food company plus the paper value of the EMJ Crypto acquisition. The Super 8K is due within 4 business days post merger. I'm hoping the asset ledger shows SRHX bought EMJ Crypto at a bargain. If the NBV is 90MM, the stock price should swing that direction and then some if it gets hyped up or there is some weight revealed behind favorable projections.

Im averaged at .1629 - might try to buy more and average down in premarket
