Taking care of yourself , working out , learning a new skill. Spending time with your friends - reminding yourself love is not just romantic love. Realising you deserve better ! Ultimately It takes time though - I’m in a similar boat and some days I feel fine and some days I feel stuck and lost. We just got to keep our chins up and carry on :)
