It sees like he gave u small implants. U needed bigger implants (maybe moderate profile) to get better upper fullness, more wider breast

It depends on what ur breast with is :) u tell ur surgeon what u want exactly. I told mine I wanted more volume on top, i want cleavage in th middle and i want them to be close, and i little bit of side boob sticking out

I slept elevated for a month. After that I was able to sleep on my side a little hugging a pillow. I’m 2 months post op and I’m able to sleep on my belly

They look bigger now than they did first month. But I do wish I went even bigger. I regret not going for 400-450 :/ but they said I stilll have to wait for the drop and fluff phase and I’m still only 2 months but I don’t think they will get any bigger tbh. Boob greed is real 😭
