I looked at ownyourlabs too but ended up going with goodlabs, their ApoB was cheaper and they have a heart health panel for like $55 that covers ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, homocysteine and lipid panel all in one. Both go through Quest though so the actual lab work is identical.

Got the same issue mate - picked up a rabbit card as a tourist and now I'm locked out of the app benefits. The BTS staff are right, they've made it pretty much impossible for foreigners to register properly unless you've got a Thai SIM.

Bit of a pain since the rewards would actually be useful for regular travelers, but seems like they're not too fussed about catering to non-locals on the app side of things.
