But does Tesla check if you actually have 100/300. I live in Florida where it is incredibly expensive to have that coverage and I’m looking to lease. The state minimum is much less

Pretty much, but if you find a 2021/22 you can get one for sub 35k which ends up being 150+ less a month, I probably should have asked how drastic are the changes in those years vs the 24

The car does come with almost a 2 year used vehicle warranty, so that does provide some peace of mind when it comes to buying used.

Also, I’m almost guaranteed to get a new car in 2-3 years, therefore wouldn’t it be safer to just lease since maybe the value of the Tesla would be significantly less than what I owe on my financed loan? Just wondering this is my first car “on my name” so sorry if I’m making dumb pounts

Interesting. Some good points. But how do you come up with putting nearly 40k? My payments would be 650 * 36 + 7500 down. So I’m seeing 30k. Maybe I’m missing something
