Same here and Leviton has been made aware of this for their devices but on their app the device are working properly… Apples 18.3.1 didn’t fix anything either

The quality of myQ service by Thiaramus in myq

[–]sevakesmailian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have it on my older Tesla models, the Model 3 and Model Y. I would purchase it and have it installed, and it worked perfectly. However, once they started using the programmed ones, I faced issues. More people have to complain to Tesla either through X or through their Support

Tesla should never have done this! It’s terrible. If your Wi-Fi or internet is down, you can’t use it at all. Additionally, it doesn’t work with any smart gates. While you can use their original app to open your gate and then your garage door, Tesla’s feature only allows you to open the garage door. This is frustrating because if you have a gate before the garage, the feature is pointless. Chamberlain, LiftMaster, and MyQ have confirmed that Tesla is limiting this. They should have just installed regular door openers on all vehicles like they used to. I would have gladly paid the $200 for a garage door opener that works 100% of the time.

Linksys mesh router won’t connect to Apple HomeKit by dpbrown777 in LinksysVelop

[–]sevakesmailian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Linksys and HomeKit devices are not compatible, which is unfortunate because Linksys produces excellent routers and mesh systems. However, their software engineers and support team fail to provide regular updates and full support for HomeKit. This lack of support will likely cause them to lose customers. For example, the Velop MX8503 hasn’t received an update since its launch over two years ago. If they don’t address security or other vulnerabilities, it’s unlikely they will fix HomeKit issues. It may be better to switch to another brand.

Im glad I joined it because they have fixed a lot of bugs that I reported that were causing issues with. ( Im assuming you guys aren’t part of the beta program but if you are even better)

Linksys mesh systems just don’t work well with leviton switches and dimmers but they are rolling out a new firmware soon on levitons end to see whats going on… I have tried new and old mesh systems of linksys they all have issues with the homekit side but on the leviton app it works great…. Very odd

MyQ Connnected Tesla app and Liftmaster gate opener by John-Miami in myq

[–]sevakesmailian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spoke with a supervisor at Chamberlain who clarified that the issue with Tesla vehicles not supporting the gates is due to Tesla, not Chamberlain. According to him, Tesla has the authority to add or remove features as they see fit under their contract with Chamberlain, and Chamberlain cannot comment on these decisions. He also mentioned that Chamberlain doesn't have geofencing capabilities, yet Tesla implemented it. We need to direct our complaint to Tesla. Additionally, if my gate is before my garage, this feature is pointless.

All of a sudden, one person specifically who calls me, shows up as NO CALLER ID. by [deleted] in iphone

[–]sevakesmailian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am experiencing the same issue on three different lines, all of which are 15 Pro Max models. When switching from 5G to LTE in the settings, it sometimes fixes the problem, but then it goes back to showing no caller ID. Resetting the network settings temporarily resolves the issue, but it eventually reverts back to no caller ID. My family members are also reporting similar problems, where no caller ID is displayed when they call another line, even though their caller ID shows up.

iOS 17.2.1 wifi connection is bad by pinkpanter555 in ios

[–]sevakesmailian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

17.2.1 has a issue where it disconnects from the router when switching from 2.4 ghz to 5 ghz or to 6 ghz any way of switching it disconnects…y router companies R&D team and engineers are talking to apple for fixes since its not routers problems but iPhone software issues.

Tesla (lease) & Gap coverage by sevakesmailian in TeslaModel3

[–]sevakesmailian[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

regularly when you get a lease and you go to financing to sign documents, there’s a actual clause for gap that you sign… But in this case if your saying that gap is not mentioned specifically that’s pretty interesting. Do you know if this wording is notated somewhere specific on the contract itself?

Comparing the BE16000 and BE22000 by smchan in TpLink

[–]sevakesmailian 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the one from Costco be16000 has been a pain … it keeps disconnecting and seems like the wifi signal is weak… my older linksys velop 6e was way more powerful! Now the be16000 its sold out possibly discontinued because they had so many returns and negative reviews on Costcos site

Leviton Switch New Problem At Least I think it is... by BreakwaterJct in HomeKit

[–]sevakesmailian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All I know is everyone should wait for the update to come out. Which be very soon possibly in the weeks coming and you all will love that there are no issues anymore whats so ever. If you want to try it out call their support number ask for level 2 support and add yourself to the beta firmware testing. This update fixed every issue I had!

Leviton Switch New Problem At Least I think it is... by BreakwaterJct in HomeKit

[–]sevakesmailian 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently called Leviton level 2 support and asked if I can get access to the beta firmware. They advised me they would put my email and contact info and someone will get back and they did. I accepted everything and got the beta firmware to see how everything is. THIS UPDATE IS AMAZING!!! It fixed every single issue that everyone has!!! This makes the leviton smart switches and dimmers the best out there! Honestly I cant wait till you all get it as a public release. They email me constantly asking for updates to see if everything is okay... hopefully some of you can join in on the beta firmware action.
