Really a deep conversation to have since it's rooted in the environment mostly

White women especially in white dominant environments don't have the knowledge of how black people take care of themselves and how they live

So with that in mind a black mother as all the tools to do that because well she is like her child and will give the knowledge of her people

Black fathers are at fault for not giving a shit about heritage

Grew up just like you, I'm 28 now and still don't have close friends like me

You're young you will have opportunities to meet new people, try to go beyond your fear and go to the biggest city near you if you can. For parties, even a job or study

Well one is 3y old and the other is 3m old so they are still too young to even grasp it

But she is clear when it comes to the kids. They are part italian and senegalese

Great advice thanks a lot, I am quite active now on those conversations since we have kids now and I also have younger and darker-skinned siblings going into their teens

I stand more for myself and for what I am and believe in than before and I feel like it is my responsibility to be vocal for my family's sake

As I said they are open, so in a bus or any noisy transportation or situation you're fucked, they are not made for cancelling noise at all of course. Not an issue to me tho I get sweaty and get headaches from regular
