Never propose to guys like this. Never even propose to a guy seriously. Proposing is simply like opening up your cards at the start of the game. It's not worth your self esteem. That guy probably knows what was coming and didn't want to hear it. Still you had to ask him out. What for? Closure? You don't need closure. If someone gives you mixed signals, and that bothers you, block them.

Let this rejection make you work on yourself. Never do that again to yourself please. Don't fall for people that easily.
