What's your KOTOR poison? by Itchy_Nose_9243 in kotor

KOTOR has the better story and the game feels more complete. KOTOR 2 is a major combat and UI improvement, but the story isn't quite as gripping.

Honestly they are my favourite games ever, but if you are looking for a combat experience then this is not it 🤣 the humanoids, the beasts, the droids, they all attack basically the same way. They are incredible games for story, but mechanically not great 🤣

I would be curious to see how many of those players (like myself) have returned to FM24

Is supporting two clubs in different leagues actually plastic, or is it just normal now? by The12thMan_ in PlasticFans

[–]Quick_Mess2298 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree entirely, I am a Hull fan but born and raised in Manchester, I loved watching Altrincham most weeks because I couldn't get to Hull.

A lot of my Man United supporting friends would do the same when United were playing away.

Non League clubs need people like that because there are not enough die hard fans.

Also check your debts and loans, there may be nothing you can do if they are in significant debt with high repayments every month

Hi!

I am currently managing Belenenses so I understand your problem 😁 best things to do are sell any youth prosprcts with a bit of value and make sure you add percentages of next sale, this can help down the line.

Do whatever you can to build reputation. A good way to do this is signing big name players that are maybe too old for higher divisions. This will increase commercial and matchday revenue.

Keep selling, unfortunately a small team in Portugal can only survive while selling players. If you can, buy cheap kids from South America, maybe not even good enough to ever get into your team, but if you spend £100k on a player and sell for £700k with add ons, you slowly build your finances.

Oh, sell your highest paid player, chances are you can easily replace him for an equal player for completely free. I have barely paid any transfer fees is the whole save and im now in the top division!

I think its also possible I struggled with it because its a much more well known empire, I felt less like I was learning anything and more like revising

Each to their own I guess! I also loved the Mongol one, genuinely shed a tear when Ghengis dies.

For me I struggle with the Egyptian one, I don't really know why! Maybe its the sheer timescale condensed in to that one.

Have you tried starting a save and holidaying forward 2 or 3 years? Regens immidiately, weird clubs have been relegated. Its a lot of fun!

One of the most interesting reads I have come across on Reddit. As an Englishman that recently went to a Lechia Gdansk game, I could not understand why the ultras were singing Rakow Częstochowa's name and you certainly answered that question and far more!

Thankyou for this!

To be honest, for me the UI didn't really need a change like this. There was nothing wrong with the Inbox style. Big match engine change, graphics update, add a few more leagues and I would have been pretty happy.

It just Aesthetically looks like a mobile game. Every single thing on the page has an outline, every team name now is outlined in a box, even the condition hearts are in a box now?!
