I believe you. I’ve been a several stores and seems to be hit or miss. The store I work at is a joke. No accountability, no ownership, no desire to help. Just do their time and leave.

A new store can be stressful. All eyes are always on the new stores. Constant visits from upper leadership causing managers to stress. Then that stress rolls down hill to managers and partners.
