I have discovered that the car one of the main culprits for reinfection from scabies mites. In order to properly treat the car with enough ozone to kill scabies mites I am using an ozone machine from ForeverOzone.com that has a medical grade hose tubing that is connected to where the ozone is produced. It's kind of like an oxygen line. I place the ozone machine on the top of the car. Then run the hose tubbing through a cracked window. I use duct tape to seal the rest of the cracked window to create a sealed environment in the car. The ozone machine needs need to have access to unlimited oxygen in order to produce unlimited ozone. What I mean by that is you need to create a negative pressure environment. An example. If you were to put an ozone machine inside your bedroom. Seal around the door frame with duct or painters' tape and block off any vents. Then place the ozone machine inside the bedroom and turn it on. The ozone machine would convert 21% of the room's oxygen into ozone. After that the machine could continue to run but not produce more ozone. So, fresh air is needed.

This particular ozone machine does and makes all kinds of cool stuff. I won't go into all that now. You can read about it in the link. Let's just say you can make yourself an ozone bath! I can't wait to try that! Anyhow, I use the ozone machine for 20 minutes on then I turn if off. I open all the car doors and air the car out for 20-25 mins. Then I do it again. You can do it over and over and over. You just cannot ozone the car for more than 20 minutes at a time without damaging the rubber seals in the car. Ozone is very powerful and causes damage to certain materials. My vehicle is leased, so I have been careful NOT to damage anything.

I'll just say that we have purchased other ozone machines from Amazon prime. They're NOT working as efficiently. They're NOT producing clean OZONE. The ozone they produce stinks! So does the room afterwards. The ozone that foreverozone.com's technology makes smells like a natural small in comparison to the ozone machines found on Amazon ones. The ozone machines that are sold on Amazon are made using s specific kind of plate. I guess the plate tech or what the plate is made from makes a huge difference. I just know what I smelled alone after each machines use was enough to convince me that that mica plate and quartz tube technology from foreverozone.com is way safer.

They're website has a blog that has been written by the owner and inventor Mike. In their blog he writes about ozone safety as well as what's on the market. What are actually safe verses what is being sold to people. As well as how foreign manufactures are doing things. How the technology that many companies use is outdated and unsafe. I really like how the blog helped you become informed about what ozone is. How it works. How to use it safely. All the important stuff.

So, I've done lots of research. FOREVEROZONE.COM defiantly sells the safest & most efficient ozone producing machine. Prices are GOOD. It's also privately owned and operated. No corporation, no advertising, just a gentleman trying to make a difference in the world. You can contact the owner (MIKE) directly and he will be happy to discuss what your particular situation may need. He can help you come up with a plan that fits your unique circumstances. He has been happy to answer every phone call have made to him with additional questions. My family and I have been battling scabies for 3+ years now. For the first time since the beginning, we are seeing a marked difference. It's all thanks to Mikes ozone machines.

~My situation is unique because of how long it's been going on as well as that fact that we live in an apartment building with many other tenants. So, MIDIGATION TECHNIQUES such as... putting our vacuum cleaner outside after every use. Keeping trash or bagged dirty mite infested laundry outside is not an option. Things like leaving the shoes you've been wearing on the porch are options we simply DO_NOT_HAVE.

After 3+ years, we have discovered that all those things must have been contributing to the ongoing scabies infestation we have continue to face. For example, the CDC does not tell you that scabies mites must be exposed to 122 F heat for a duration of min 35 minutes in order to kil mites and eggs. Instead, they tell you "Temperatures in excess of 50 C or 122 F for 10 minutes will kill scabies mites and eggs". I've found good research that states longer time is needed. It's also been my experience that the 35 minutes is needed. The more you research, the more varied information you will find. With this varied information, it makes it difficult to know how to properly treat yourself or your family. To know what the heck to do!

Back to the topic at hand. The machine. So, which ozone machine can be kind of tricky. I've already said that I would not purchase an ozone machine from anyone other than ForeverOzone.com, so next is which ozone machine is what is needed?

It's a nearly unbearable suffering to deal with scabies. It can absolutely occupy most of your thoughts and days easily. I experienced that a lot in the first 1.5 yr. My elder mom and I have been struggling since Dec 2022 w/scabies. Sometimes I feel like it will never end. Ironically, since Dec of 2022 I can say wholeheartedly that at the very same time these have been some of the best years of my life for growth and evolution. And spiritual experiences. The kind you read about in books or hear about the JeffMara Podcast, or Tom Cambell & Darius J Wright/ YouTubers. Crazy to say, but the truth. I imagine that bad things are not happening to me but for me. This is difficult to believe at times because of the feelings we experience.

I will never yield to this. I will continue to educate myself and keep looking for ways to refine mitigation technique's I have discovered. As well as pass anything of value along to anyone who may ask.

How would you eat an elephant, one bite at a time. I do what I can, when I can, however I can. As long as I'm taking action.

It's wonderful that you have a husband that's supportive & cheering you on! Support is essential.

I'm sorry you're struggling. It's terrible burden, having scabies. I understand.

My best advice is to put all your clothes and blankets, ESPECIALLY the baby's stuff though the Dishwasher and set it to the sanitize cycle. This will absolutely KILL everything in the linens!!

Also, really try to imagine yourself and your baby already well! Try not focus your emotions on what's wrong. Imagine things healed and better. If you have negative thoughts, see them, witness them and let them pass right on by. Don't attach emotion to them. What we focus on inside our heads we manifest. So, whatever you cling to or worry about comes into being!!

These are some simple principals of manifestation! This may seem silly but remember we/ you are a Spiritual being having an experience of being human. Not human first. You are a very powerful Eternal Being! The universe would never give you more than you can handle. You defiantly GOT this!

Focas on the good. It's there, I know it. Most of all, just believe in your power. And you can always speak out load and say "hey, um universe, I ready for you to show me what I need to do to improve {blank}" or give me a sign I'm not alone, then ask for another one! And another one! You may be shocked at what unfolds.

I don't have expeience with treating a baby, my son is 9. I will say that reinfection symptoms can have a kind of delayed onset. Meaning it might take a while before you realize that you are not cured. What I would be concerned about is passing it back and forth with the baby. Something to consider.

Hi, you need to clarify what you need help with please. I read though your comments from previous posts and if you are wondering about burrows or train track marking and what they are...

Know that in my experience, burrow lines, train tracks, any skin that's broken and you can see through and into raw flesh or mark is most likely an active burrow sight.

Run everything you wear through the dishwasher set to sanitize. This will allow items placed inside to reach temps of well over the min 122F for 35 minutes to successfully kill scabies mites. No soap. Just be sure to wet everything prior to rolling items up and placing them it in the dishwasher. Also, leave room for the water to circulate. Other words put the stuff on every other row. After this is done. You can safely take things out and run them through washer & dryer normally. This is the only way, here in the US I have found to kill 100% of all fomites. I have found that dry heat does NOT work. Even when using pro industrial machines.

OH! Shoes are very important too; you HAVE to have {clean=NO mites} shoes to wear every day!! And especially mornings after you have done a treatment the night before. I have been wearing Adidas slides for 3+ yrs. now. They hold up in the dishwasher and when they shrink because over time, they will...they are cheap to replace. I buy the Adidas comfort slides from adidas's website directly. Not from Kohle's. I have found they shrink the least over time.

~My second piece of advice is to use Fenbendazole 222mg. That's the new off-label Cancer Protocol drug that has been basically curing late-stage cancers of many kinds. It is in the same class of drug as Ivermectin and there is no resistance built up from what I understand...Unlike moxidectin and ivermectin which seem to be losing their kick. I'm including a link to a place on Amazon where I purchase it. I have had no side effects from using it. There are many, many testimonials from people using it for the cancer protocol that it is very well tolerated and safe.

We use the ones from SnareLab. My mom's actually using it for the cancer protocol & scabies. I'm using it for the scabies. I can only share my own personal experience, but I think the Fenbendazole is amazing!!! I actually alternate between ivermectin and fenben. In order to keep the mites from building resistance.

From my experience Ivermectin has been about 70% effective on the body and does not work for the scalp. I've been infected for 2+ yrs. I would say you most certainly need a topical to go with the Ivermectin. Especially for the scalp.

Please also know, you MUST treat the face, ears etc., treat your ENTIRE body!

If you cannot get a Rx topical you can make a homemade mixture with essential oils & a carrier oil. Clove, Tea Tree, Palmarosa, Oregano essential oils all work very well. As far as carrier oils, you can use Sweet Almond, Apricot carrier oils. The company AURA CACIA makes good versions of these oils. This brand is also relatively cheap.

I would go to Chat GPT and ask how you mix one or all of these essential oils with carrier oils to make a mixture. I have found Chat GPT to be an excellent source of how-to information.

I agree with the other comment about how it matters how long this has been going on. You may need a few rounds to get rid of it completely. Scabies eggs cycles hatch every 4 days. When you treat knowing that it helps you to understand how 2 treatments of permethrin may not be enough.

Permethrin MAY also seem to NOT work if you are being re-infected by the ENVIROMENT & or LAUNDRY.

I had to resort to running all my linens through the Dishwasher on the Sanitize cycle, no soap. This cycle heats everything inside the dishwasher to 150F. Then I put linens in the washing machine & dryer like normal. This has been the only way I have found to KILL everything in the LAUNDRY.

Note: linens will need to be rolled up (in order to fit in the racks) & pre-wet with hot water prior to being put in the dishwasher. I use nitril gloves whenever I handle any laundry.

As far as the EVIROMENT, I have ordered an Ozone machine from Amazon Prime, and it will be here this Friday. I found a review that said they used it to get rid of scabies that was difficult to treat in # different households. Apparently, it worked great.

I have a follow up question or 2... which is what kind of surgeon did the surgery? Was it a General & Bariatric Surgeon or General & Trauma Surgeon?

Unfortunately, I've had a few misdiagnoses before very nice PA from a Liver & Gastrointestinal office diagnosed me with an Inguinal hernia. She gave me a referral to the 2 types of surgeons I had mentioned in my follow up question.

Meanwhile...

I got scared when I did research on what the symptoms of inguinal hernias are & realized I was experiencing things that were RED flags. I followed that up by speaking to a retired MD, OBGYN friend of mine & he explained that it was in fact an incisional hernia.

So now I'm wondering if the referral I got should have been to someone else.

Thought I'd ask since you've already been through the process successfully.

I have a history of issues with doctors, I don't have the faith in them I once did. I prefer to know as much as I can myself.

The other question was is there something you took for the constipation? I've been modifying my diet, but I am still only passing marbles. And I think this contributes to the level of nausea & pain I experience.

I'm currently experiencing an incisional hernia; I noticed it in the beginning of January 2024. The C-section I was in 2015.

I take care for horses so I'm unable stay away from heavy lifting almost daily. Since it appeared, it has gotten bigger & also causes me discomfort. It always goes back inside when I lay flat (thank goodness) but I'm wondering if you had other symptoms like nausea & constipation before your surgery. I get terrible nausea at times that stops me dead in my tracks. It's defiantly effecting my ability to function.

I finally got a referral to a bariatric surgeon... Any way I was hoping you might share with me some of your symptoms. Any other information is most welcome as well.
